Insurance

The limit of exposure accepted by Teamtruck Shipping Limited is noted at a maximum of €3000 in the event of a loss per bike. A Bike is defined as equipment associated with and accessories required to participate in the event”. In the event of loss damage of theft of bike, 7.5kg or 15kg bag each incident shall be looked at on a case-by-case basis and based on depreciation of items and proof of purchase of belongs. The excess on each case is €500 for each claim. i.e the first €500 is not paid by Teamtruck Shipping Limited.

Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. will be shipping your bike fully assembled to and from your event. Your bike will be professionally racked in our transport vehicle we will only remove your wheels to allow us to secure both the frame and wheels to our individual racks.

We do not make any adjustments to any part of your bike and advise customers to check and readjust bikes before your events, Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. will not be held responsible for pre transport damage or faults to bikes. We will also transport a small bag for you to allow you to include your wetsuit, bike shoes, helmet, CO2 canister’s or anything else you would like us transport. You can only collect/drop off your bikes at the times and locations that have been allocated on our website unless it has been pre-arranged with Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. via email. Each customer is responsible that there are no narcotics or banned substances packed with your equipment. If this is the case Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. will not be responsible for confiscation at boarder points.

Shipping Times

Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. will try to ensure that all our shipping and delivery times will be will be made without fail. In the event of serious accidents or extreme circumstances, Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. still intend to complete the shipping to their best of their ability and each customer will be notified. There will be no refunds giving in the event of transport times being delayed.

Teamtruck Shipping Ltd. reserve the right to cancel an event, should we not receive the numbers to justify servicing the event, we will notify you within 1 months of the event and will provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made via phone or email and will be considered accepted on the day it is received by Teamtruck Shipping Ltd

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person. If you want to transfer your booking to another event in the same calander year, a €25 fee will apply. If you want to transfer your booking to another event the following year, a €75 fee will apply. Transfers for the following calendar year must take place at least 4 weeks prior to the event you are booked in.

If you cancel a booking there are NO REFUNDS available. Bookings are non Transfereable to a 3rd Party
